Shop, apply coupons, and check out

Use this guide to go from browsing products to a confirmed order, including coupon codes.

Before you start

• Sign in before checkout. Carts, saved addresses, and orders are tied to your account.
• Coupon codes come from sellers in the Space and apply only to that seller's eligible products.
• Some coupons require a minimum eligible subtotal or expire on a set date.

Browse and add products

1. Open Shop. Products open sorted by most popular; switch the sort to newest, oldest, or price low-to-high or high-to-low, and use the filters bar to narrow the list.
2. Open a product to see its details, price, and reviews.
3. If the product has variants, select the variant you want before adding it.
4. Set the quantity and add the item to your cart.

Apply a coupon in the cart

1. Open Cart and review your items and the order summary.
2. Enter the seller's code in the Coupon code field and select Apply.
3. Applied coupons appear in the summary with the discount total. Remove a coupon from the same list if you change your mind.

Check out and confirm

1. Select checkout from the cart.
2. Add a delivery address if you have none saved, or use a saved address.
3. When your cart contains shipped items, pick a shipping option for each seller shipment.
4. Enter your payment details and submit the payment.
5. Wait for the confirmation page, which shows your order once it is recorded.

Expected result

Your order appears on the checkout confirmation page, the cart is cleared, and any applied coupon discount is reflected in the total you paid.

Troubleshooting

• If a coupon will not apply, check the code spelling, the expiry date, the usage cap, and whether your cart meets the minimum eligible subtotal for that seller's products.
• If checkout reports that shipping is unavailable for an item, remove that item or change your delivery address, then try again.
• If items show as unavailable in the cart, remove them to continue to checkout.
• If the confirmation page keeps loading, your payment may still be processing; check your orders before paying again.
