Manage addresses, payments, and wishlist

Saved buyer details reduce checkout friction and help sellers fulfil orders with the correct information.

Before you start

• Sign in before adding addresses, payment methods, or wishlist items.
• Use accurate delivery details for physical products.

Manage addresses

1. Open Settings > Personal > Address.
2. Add or edit your shipping address.
3. Set the default address when you have more than one.
4. Remove addresses you no longer use.

Manage payments and wishlist

1. Open Settings > Personal > Payments to review saved payment methods.
2. Open a product page and use the wishlist action to save it.
3. Open Settings > Personal > Wishlist to review saved products.
4. Start checkout from the cart or product flow when you are ready to buy.

Expected result

Checkout should have the correct delivery details, and wishlist items should be easy to find later.

Troubleshooting

• If checkout rejects an address, check required fields and postcode formatting.
• If a product disappears from the wishlist, it may be unpublished, sold out, or no longer visible to your account.
• If a payment fails, try another payment method or contact your payment provider.
