Request a refund from your order details, arrange returns with the seller, and escalate disputes to support.

Each Space is a marketplace, so return handling involves the seller, with platform rules that protect buyers. You can request a full-order refund yourself from the order details page, and arrange returns directly with the seller.
Before you start
- Sellers set their own return policies, shown on each product listing, but physical products must offer at least a 14-day return window for items in original condition.
- Digital products typically cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, unless defective or substantially not as described.
- Defective or misrepresented items must be eligible for return or refund regardless of the seller's policy.
Request a refund on an order
- Open Settings > Personal > My Orders and select the order.
- Select Request Refund on the order details page.
- Confirm in the dialog. This submits a refund request for the full order; contact support for a partial refund.
Return an item to the seller
- From your order history, message the seller explaining why you wish to return the item.
- Wait for approval, then follow the seller's return instructions and keep all tracking information.
- After the seller receives and inspects the item, the refund is processed to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
Escalate a dispute
- If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller, open a dispute through the Support page with photos and screenshots of your communication.
- For buyer protection claims, contact support within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, or within 7 days of receiving an item with condition or description issues.
Expected result
Your refund request or return is on record, the seller handles approved returns, and support mediates anything the two of you cannot settle.
Troubleshooting
- If the refund button shows refund requested, your request is already submitted for that order.
- If you need money back on only part of an order, go through support rather than the order page.
- If a seller does not honor their stated policy, raise a buyer protection claim with support.
