Review ads and analytics

Analytics and ads help you understand what is working and where to improve.

Before you start

• Sign in with an account that has analytics or ads access.
• Decide whether you are reviewing owner analytics or personal ad activity.
• Remember that analytics may lag behind live activity.

Review analytics

1. Open Settings > Storefront > Analytics.
2. Review the metric areas across date ranges, including product views, engagement, sales, livestream viewers, and membership conversions.
3. Compare analytics with orders, revenue, livestreams, and content activity.
4. Use trends instead of one-off numbers when deciding what to change.

Review ads

1. Open Settings > Monetization > Advertisements for owner ad management.
2. Open Settings > Personal > My Ads for your own ad activity.
3. Check status, destination, receipts, and performance notes.

Expected result

You should understand which products, posts, livestreams, or ads need attention and where to follow up.

Troubleshooting

• If analytics are missing, confirm your plan and permissions.
• If an ad does not appear, check status, destination, and review requirements.
• If numbers differ from payout totals, compare definitions, time windows, refunds, and fees.
