Use Space AI chat

Space AI chat helps explain workflows, search Help articles, draft content, and point you toward the right page. AI chat availability depends on your Space plan and your membership tier.

Before you start

• Sign in to an account with AI chat access. To confirm your access, check your current tier under Settings > Account > Membership.
• Keep sensitive account, payment, or private member details out of prompts unless the workflow explicitly requires them.
• Treat AI output as assistance, not final policy or legal advice.

Ask a question

1. Select the Open AI assistant button in the top navigation bar to open the AI chat panel.
2. Ask a specific workflow question, such as how to set up OBS or where to update shipping.
3. Review any Help article context or app action the assistant references.
4. Edit or refine the prompt if the answer is too broad.

Ask from Help

1. Open a Help article or Help search result.
2. Select Ask AI.
3. Review the drafted prompt and send it when ready.

Expected result

AI chat answers using reviewed Help articles and app context, and guests can still read Help without AI access.

Troubleshooting

• If the AI panel is hidden, your account or Space may not have AI chat access.
• If an answer seems stale, open the linked Help article and check the current UI.
• If AI cannot complete an action, use the linked settings page manually.
