Start using a Space

Use this guide when you are new to a Space and want to understand where common actions live.

Before you start

• You can browse public areas as a guest when the Space allows it.
• Sign in when you need member-only access, saved preferences, orders, messages, or owner settings.
• Some features depend on the Space plan or membership tier.

Find your way around

1. Open the Space home page.
2. Use the navbar search to look for products, posts, livestreams, and Help articles.
3. Open Help from the footer or settings sidebar when you need workflow guidance.
4. Use Settings for account, personal, store, community, monetization, and app tools.
5. Open the AI assistant from the navbar for guided help if your plan and membership tier include AI chat.

Expected result

You should know where to browse public content, where to manage your own account, and where Space owners manage selling, community, and livestream workflows.

Troubleshooting

• If a settings item is missing, your account may not have the required role, membership, or Space plan capability.
• If search has no results, try a shorter phrase or search from the Help Center.
• If you are signed out, sign in before using saved carts, orders, private posts, messages, or AI chat.
