Manage your profiles

One account can hold several profiles in a Space. A personal profile covers everyday browsing and buying, while a business profile manages content, commerce, livestreams, and business settings in one place. You switch between them without signing out.

Before you start

• Sign in; profiles belong to your account and switching keeps you signed in.
• Decide whether you need a personal or business profile before creating one; each type shows its purpose in the creation dialog.
• The active profile determines which content, settings, and actions you see across the Space.

Switch or create a profile

1. Open your profile menu from the navbar avatar.
2. Choose See all profiles to list every profile on your account; the active one shows a check mark.
3. Select a profile to switch to it, or choose Create new profile and pick Create personal profile or Create business profile.
4. In settings, use the profile switcher to change profiles the same way; each entry is labelled Personal or Business.

Edit or remove a profile

1. Open Settings > Account > Profile to change the display name, username, avatar, and bio for the active profile.
2. Keep usernames to letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores, between 2 and 32 characters; they are automatically lowercased.
3. To remove a profile, use the delete option on the Profile page and choose which remaining profile to switch to after deletion.
4. Deleting your whole account is separate and permanently removes all profiles, content, and data.

Expected result

You can run separate personal and business identities in the same Space, move between them in two clicks, and keep each profile's details current.

Troubleshooting

• If a profile is greyed out in the switcher, it is already your active profile or a switch is still in progress.
• If a username change is rejected, check the allowed characters and length rules.
• If content seems missing after switching, confirm which profile is active; settings and content follow the active profile.
